Maximo Administrator – Maternity Cover – ISS Facility Services – Dublin 24

ISS Facility Services is currently recruiting for a Maximo Administrator. This person will be responsible for the administration of all data in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including Assets, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Spare Parts, and work requests for maintenance activities using the Maximo software within our client site in Dun Laoghaire. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review and execute all database updates to the Maximo system per Standard Operating Procedure requirements and applying standardized conventions. Review and route all requests for maintenance services. Communicate with clients to clarify issues and ensure timely response of maintenance team. Facilitate the creation & all updates to Maintenance Work Plans per SOPs and standardized conventions. Provide software trainings to end users & new Maximo users; serve as liaison for problem solving and escalation. Able to coach and educate staff on the CMMS functions & best practice.

Skills Requirements

Certificate, Diploma or 2 years of related experience in lieu. Must have experience working with enterprise software and an understanding of standard work process. Experience using Word, Excel, and Power Point, etc. Customer service experience. Project management experience would be an advantage. Prefer related experience in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities and maintenance activities.
