Motor Rental Office Administrator – Newbridge Car & Van Rental Ltd – Co Kildare

Description

The intern will gain practical experience in all elements of company office administration, answering phones, bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, VAT etc. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following; valuable skills in office administration and will be given tutoring on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, CollSoft payroll, Xero, Evernote, general office administration and motor rental procedures. On completion the intern will have attained skills in; Computer operations, office administration skills, accounting and bookkeeping skills, team working, using initiative and communication within a busy motor rental office environment.
