Office Administration (Payroll/Book Keeping). Our client is looking to recruit an experienced candidate to work in the Administration(Payroll/Book Keeping) side of their business. It will be a very busy role and will provide good opportunities for the successful candidate to develop and grow. Main duties: *Responsible for the companys Accounts, Administration & Payroll service. This will vary from weekly payroll to monthly payroll from Small to Medium size businesses. *Maintaining all relevant Bookkeeping records and reconciliations. *Responsible for Statutory returns VAT/PAYE/PRSI. *Make payments using ROS. *Dealing directly with clients on operational related tasks. *Carry out Administration duties as required by Management, including Dr/Cr/Accounts Payable/receivable, Invoicing etc.
Skills Requirements
*Ideally some qualification – eg Accounting Tech *5+ years Exp working in a busy office with exposure to similar type work duties *Must have experience in Payroll processing & Statutory Returns ? VAT/PAYE/PRSI *Highly Organised in terms of approach to work and maintaining info *Exp in dealing directly with customers /staff/ managment in a very professional manner *Excellent work attitude with high degree of numerical ability and attention to detail *Flexible & positive attitude
Salary: €To be advised – €40,000pa
