Ard Ri Marble Group are looking for an adaptable, communicative and well organised individual to join their rapidly growing company Henley Stoves in an administrative based role which would include purchasing & stock control. This is an office based role with strong warehouse liaison. 1. Processing purchase orders and purchase returns. 2. Negotiating & building relationships with suppliers for pricing, quality and lead time. 3. Liaising with management to identify future requirements 4. Independently Investigating stock discrepancies, liaising with warehouse. 5. Producing stock and order reports as defined. 6. Carry out additional duties as specified. 7. Customs documentation and logistics. 8. Ensuring all freight is on time and shipments are delivered. Experience using Sage 200 and Excel is required.
