We are currently seeking to recruit an Administrator for our nursing home based in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo. Main Duties: Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments; greet visitors/guests professionally to determine the nature and purpose of the visit, direct and escort visitors/guests to appropriate destination or waiting rooms; collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries; schedule appointments and provide a PA service to the nursing home s Director of Nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of bookkeeping, accounting and HR duties and carrying out other ad hoc tasks. To work with the management team, colleagues and residents to ensure the smooth running of the nursing home. Ability to deal with people in a friendly, efficient manner & maintain a professional image at all times. Must be enthusiastic, flexible & courteous. Ability to work in a busy environment that requires a professional attitude, excellent oral & written English and time management skills.
