Description
The intern will gain practical experience in general office duties to include, switchboard, typing, creditors and debtors ledger using computerised package, bank reconcilliation, monthly reports and computerised payroll. liaising with revenue, bank and auditors. dealing with new and existing suppliers and clients, job scheduling and planning for directors. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following SAGE accounts and Thesaurus Payroll On completion the intern will have attained skills in Microsoft office tools to include outlook, excel and word, SAGE accounts and Thesaurus payroll.
