Description
The intern will gain practical experience in office administration, working closely with the MD in a creative and supportive environment. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following; accounting, process documentation, customer service, sales & purchasing invoicing, BRC certification, health & safety, product cataloguing and business administration projects. You will expand your skills in office administration tasks, computer proficiency, communication and time management. You will receive training and mentoring in this role. This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience in a supportive packaging business. On completion the intern will have attained skills in a wide variety of office administration tasks, equipping them for the job market.
Skills Requirements
Impressive organisational skills and a passion for detail. Solution-focused, quick-thinking problem solver who can work on their own initiative following instruction. A responsible and committed person who takes ownership for their role with excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Very comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially competent in excel. Bonus skills: Knowledge of Sage 50 software, basic awareness Health & Safety and Food Safety processes.
