Independent self-starter needed to set up and run Irish office for international consulting company with offices in France and the US. If you are comfortable working alone, like interacting with international customers and colleagues by phone and internet, and have strong office management skills, then please read on! We are now seeking to appoint an experienced administrator/office coordinator. Duties will involve: Preparing documents (MS Word, PowerPoint and, if possible, MS Publisher). Ordering items on the internet and documenting/filing all steps of the purchase. Post: accepting post/parcels and organising as required, preparing all outgoing post/parcels. Typing and putting confidential documents into company format. Taking minutes at meetings/conference calls. Liaising with Operations Director (based in the US) and subcontractors (worldwide). Identifying areas for improvement, including new office procedures.
Skills Requirements
You will be proficient in all areas of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note). Knowledge of Publisher is a plus. ? Excellent computer and internet skills Excellent organisation and communication skills. Able to work independently (please give examples). Able to work with foreign people/cultures.
