OpenSky is looking for a communicative, enthusiastic and experienced candidate for the role of Office Administrator, for Maternity Cover. As Office Administrator your duties will include: Support project managers in their daily tasks; Carry out weekly inventory, organise and deliver supplies to conference rooms, printers, storage and supply closets, and kitchen; Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate person; Welcome guests in a polite and pleasant manner; Support the HR and Finance Department; maternity Cover fixed term contract (6 months, beginning on the 1st of June, possibility of extension). Necessary skills: Excellent documentation skills; Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point); Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Personal skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, organisation and client service skills; Ability to work well independently, be self-motivated, to read and understand people; Flexible and positive manner
