Description
Duties to include managing the company website, typing and answering the telephone as well as general office duties. Dealing with customer orders and queries over the telephone and in person. The ideal candidate will have a good, friendly telephone manner and be enthusiastic and personable. A knowledge of website management would be an advantage but not a necessity as training may be given. Knowledge of Word and Excel is required. Skills Requirement: Pleasant and friendly personality a must. Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills, aptitude for working with computers and good organisational skills. Typing, data entry, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, decision making, independence, analysing information and energetic.
