Sherry FitzGerald Lettings is currently recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to join our team in Cork. Duties to Include: Dealing with face to face, telephone and email enquiries, and arrange property viewings;Arranging appointments for viewings of properties.Calling to clear access where property is occupied; Keeping detailed records; Responsible for overseeing maintenance calls, ensuring correct allocation to contractor and completion in an efficient manner;Point of contact for managed landlord queries;Liaise with landlords / tenants as required;Upload and monitoring of websites and face book accounts;General office duties
Skills Requirements
This role is ideally suited to someone who has administration experience and/or property qualification. The candidate must be competent in Microsoft Office and should have excellent communication skills. Organisation skills are a must, as the role requires you to balance many different demands, and ensure that both the landlord and the tenant receive excellent service at all times. Additionally you will ensure that all the necessary documents are received and recorded and kept up to date.
