Description
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the financial, administrative, and personnel functions of St. Paul s College. The Office Administrator will work closely with the Headmaster on all operational matters of the College. This person will be required to act independently and to undertake all duties and responsibilities as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the College office. He/she will assist in the development and implementation of effective administration, clerical support and financial procedure within the College, will ensure all procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently and will provide as required, support for teaching staff. Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Financial Responsibilities: Prepare annual budgets of income and expenditure covering the entire College and to monitor the College expenditure periodically. Prepare financial reports every term and analyse the financial data for budget tracking purposes.

2. Administrative Responsibilities: Manage all pupil data, both electronic and paper based. Produce and analyse school reports and make recommendations to the Headmaster. Contribute to the development of procedures and systems within the College. Design and market information and College promotional material. Be the first point of contact in the College, including receiving visitors and maintaining the visitor log. Ensure the Headmasters diary is effectively managed.
