Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English. Strong attention to detail. Likes working in a team. At least 1-2 years sales / customer service industry. Good knowledge of Words and Excel. Friendly telephone manners Ensure all orders are accurately processed on time and in accordance with process procedures. Achieve and increase consistent sales through a professional telesales. Assist, resolve and manage customer enquiries, complaints and credit notes. Maintain customer Data Base and other ad hoc administrative duties. Working hours: Mon-Sat between 6am-6pm (37.5 hr/week)
