Office Administrator – The Doyle Collection – Dublin 4

The Doyle Collection now has an excellent opportunity available for an Office Administrator. Based in the corporate head office in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, the primary purpose of this role is to provide general administrative assistance to a small but busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small team in a corporate environment. Duties will be varied and will involve interaction with key divisions within the corporate Head Office and Group properties. Duties include: To provide administrative support for the product integrity function & new projects, Coordinate the procurement process & track deliveries, manage relationship with suppliers, perform general administrative support duties which include, but are not limited to, handling incoming & outgoing calls, copying, emailing and scanning.

Skills Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position: Must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in administration, working in a demanding multi tasked office, be extremely well organised with the ability to prioritise to achieve deadlines, be willing to adhere to established procedures and control systems, be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, have confidence to work with Senior Management. Must have demonstrated advanced computer proficiency in MS.
