Office Administrator – Wogan Build Centre – Co. Louth

Description

Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the clerical aspect of the organisation, including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data to support purchasing and sales process. The position will include general administration, processing and reconciliation of creditors for month/ year end. Within book keeping, administrator will be directly responsible for reconciling incoming deliveries, purchase invoices, payroll and cash sales. Finally, responsible for improving systems for accuracy within company bookkeeping.

Skills Requirements

Candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar role. Competent computer literacy and have worked with accounts software in previous role. Attention to detail in all aspects of role will be essential. Willingness to learn large variety of products sold by company.
