Description
A busy office in Dublin 12 requires an office administrator for temporary cover. We are looking for full time cover between now and Christmas. Duties will include: Responding to phone and email inquiries. Filing, scanning and general ad hoc admin duties. Ensuring accurate data input on internal systems. Providing an efficient administrative support service to all members of staff. Drafting general correspondence including reports, emails & letters.Meeting & greeting customers/visitors to the office.
Skills Requirements
Skills & Experience: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Experience with Word, Excel & other MS Office products. Ability to quickly learn company systems and processes. Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills. Flexibility and adaptability.
