Key Responsibilities:Customer Account Creation & Management through CRM system.Updating & Maintaining company / client records..Organising & Planning Jobs daily / weekly.Route Planning.Liaise with field operatives /department heads daily. Customer call backs. Responsible for weekly & monthly reporting where relevant. Attend & Contribute to weekly meetings. Ad Hoc Duties.
