Very customer-centric approach / attitude; A very good communicator with both customers and fellow employees alike; Excellent telephone skills & manner; Previous Freight forwarding experience a distinct advantage; Previous Warehouse operations experience a distinct advantage; Highly flexible and can work to own initiative and without supervision; Ability to anticipate challenges and execute corrective actions; Proactively manage distress shipments; Ensure all POD s are registered on the system; Make sure Customer Satisfaction and delight is fundamental in all processes; Drive Customer Focus in the wider Logistics community; Ensure all communication between the warehouse and the customer is documented and completed; Accountability for the development and maintaining of a suite of applications and reports to measure competencies of the Logistics Services team and processes.
