The Person:
The person will have a passionate interest in helping others in the area of mental health. The person will have experience in working in a small organisation with innovative technology driving it success. They will understand content management systems and will have knowledge of the charity sector.
Specific Duties will include:
Scheduling and assigning counselling sessions from the turn2me website
Providing statistical reports
Contributing and editing content on the turn2me website
Acting as point of contact with our web development company
Assist with uploading social media content weekly
Administer invoicing and expenses
Work as part of a team on fundraising projects
Administration support for training of new counsellors
Administration for team meetings ( minutes/ actions/ reviews)
Skills Required:
Excellent IT Skills
Experience working with content management systems.
High level of efficiency – must be able to multitask.
Capacity to work to deadlines and work with a small team
Good reporting / collation of information skills
