Description
Servicing a network of offices, the successful applicant will have strong people, commercial, clinical and change management experience. They will be capable of managing all aspects of day to day operations of their area and take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills and lead the implementation of our strategic vision.
Skills Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience of General Services Management, including SLA delivery within a demanding environment; Have demonstrated good commercial and business acumen; Understanding of clinical systems implementation methodologies, process reengineering and change management; Proven change management experience; Operational experience within a high growth company; Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams of up to 20 professionals
