We are a busy Facilities Maintenance Company based in North Co Dublin. An exciting role of Junior Service Manager has become available in our Dublin office. If successful you will be a key point of contact for all of our clients and engineers alike and be responsible for the organisation of our resources across ROI to complete each of our tasks in the given time frame. You will liaise with our in house teams and our specialist sub-contractor teams. Our business is based most on reactive service therefore you must quickly adapt to change and have the ability to prioritise, think on your feet and move efficiently with the business day to day. The role includes tasks such as: Answering calls/queries. Call logging / updating both internal and external systems. Scheduling engineers / liaising with client sites for access. Accurate and efficient reporting on a daily/weekly basis. Providing technical support to engineers as and when needed The candidate must be a driven self starter.
Skills Requirements
Requirements: 2 years min experience in a similar role/environment.Highly organised and motivated to deliver high quality and efficient service.Ability to liaise with all levels of management.Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to the ever changing environment on a day to day basis.Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.Good all round understanding and knowledge of all aspects of H&S.Ability to multi task.Qualified trade would be a distinct advantage
