Operations Support Administrator – Fenero Contractor Solutions – Dublin 15

Description

Receiving and compiling client accounts records for use by relevant Accounts and Payroll Teams. Preparation and submission of legal forms for submission with Companies Registration Office. Liaising with Revenue in relation to company and individual tax registrations. Submission of tax registration documentation to Revenue via the Revenue On-Line System. Filing and archiving. Photocopying and scanning. Answering phones. Supporting new clients in the onboarding process by following up on the return of outstanding documentation. Providing fast, friendly and efficient customer service. Assisting with management of kitchen, food and stationery. Supporting special and ad-hoc projects. Supporting the Directors, Administration Team, Accounts & Payroll Teams with a variety of administrative tasks. Working as a team player to support colleagues in collective achievement of company goals.

Skills Requirements

Min one year experience in similar role/environment. Ability to work in demanding, deadline driven environment. Great attention to detail due to sensitivity of documentation being handled. Excellent computer skills. Excellent telephone manner. Excellent standards of written and verbal & English. Team player; works in a supportive, positive & friendly manner with colleagues at all times. Highly organised. Great interpersonal skills, enjoys dealing with people. Enthusiasm & positive engagement.
