Our client, a successful multinational looking in Dublin West, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join their busy and challenging OM team on a permanent basis. Main responsibilities: Deal with customer s queries; Manage incoming orders, including data entry and report processing; Work with partners and internal customers on issue resolution; Manage the returns and credit claim process for partners and customers; Other ad-hoc projects
Skills Requirements
Experience and qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Min. 3 years of experience in Order Management and/ or Customer Service; Fluent in English and Korean; Strong at Excel; SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a plus; Third level qualification preferable. Candidate profile: Strong communications skills; Proactive and can do attitude; Strong attention to detail; Flexible to work additional hours during quarter-end peak periods
