About the position: You will be part of a small and committed team that support a young woman with an intellectual disability, who does not communicate with words, to live in her own home. An important part of your role is to provide the support she needs to have new opportunities and experiences, fulfil her potential and enjoy the good things in life. Flexible hours over seven days, sleepovers and weekend hours (hours will be needed on a weekly basis).

You will need to:
Be interested in and committed to working within a supported self-directed living approach
Help with personal care
Cook and do light housework
Have a full, clean driving licence
Have good spoken English
