Peer Led Primary Health Care Project Coordinator – Galway Traveller Movement

South East Galway position. The 3 day cover will be based in the GTM Loughrea office.

The successful applicant will be required to work as part of a team and have:

A degree in Community Development or evidence based/high standard lifelong learning in the field
At least 5 – 10 years relevant work experience in a community development setting
A comprehensive understanding of health policy and practice
An understanding of Peer led Primary Health Care and working from a Community Development Approach
Coordination and project management experience
A comprehensive understanding of Traveller issues and Cultural diversity
A commitment to working from an anti-racist and equality perspective

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
