Excellent opportunities for Experienced Leaders: To fill these ‘Person in Charge’ posts you will need a strong management and leadership background with success in team building. You will have solid business skills, and at least three years management experience in the social care sector. You will require a sound understanding of regulatory requirements, and have skills to lead the safe supports to residents with special needs within a residential setting (Kilkenny) and residential and supported living environment (Dublin).

The successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of achievement in a similar role. Your passion will drive supports that create shared lives, meaningful relationships and an inclusive environment in which people and the community achieve their goals & potential. You will need to be committed to organisation and personal development and working as part of a team.

Kilkenny – The community provides care and support to people with special needs in a residential setting and also provides day services. Camphill Ballytobin is a progressive Community which is land based near Callan, Co. Kilkenny with shared houses for residents. Camphill is an organisation with a strong ethos and includes many voluntary and vocational co-workers some of whom also live in the community.
Dublin – The community provides care and support to people with special needs: 3 of the residents live in a designated house; there are two separate shared houses for supported living residents and a thriving day services support facility. Camphill Greenacres is an expanding Community. Camphill is an organisation with a strong ethos and includes many voluntary and vocational co-workers some of whom also live in the community.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience.
