MCR Outsourcing Ltd. is seeking a Personnel Manager to join our Personnel Division based in our Dublin office. The role will involve working in a busy environment with an experienced team sourcing and supplying construction workers, cleaners and security personnel to various clients based throughout the country. The suitable candidate will have studied to a third level education, will have a knowledge and interest in man management, be a good communicator, both written and verbal, be IT proficient and will be switched on, energetic and keen to carve out a successful career in an extremely busy sector. Excellent OTE to include Salary & Performance related Commission available for the right candidates.
