Persons In Charge (CNM2) – St. Joseph’s Foundation

Applicants will be required to have:
Not less than five years’ experience working with children/adults with an intellectual disability in a residential setting.
Proven managerial skills with not less than three years’ experience at management level and an appropriate management qualification to Fetac/QQ1 level 6 or equivalent.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a staff team effectively.
Experience of managing residential budgets.
A detailed knowledge of HIQA.
Up to date NMBI registration essential.

Notes:
Qualifications must be validated with the Department of Health & Children before the closing date if studies were completed outside Ireland.
Department of Health & Children Salary Scales 1/11/2013 apply.
A full Irish/EU Driving Licence & Indemnification of the Foundation on your car insurance policy is a requirement for the post.
