Oak Recruitment are currently searching for a Production Manager with BRC quality experience for one our busy clients in the wider Cork area.The Company specialises in the manufacture and cooking of meat products for the Retail and Food service Industry both in Ireland, UK and European Markets.Job Requirements:Candidate must have at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry particularly in the food manufacturing industry servicing the Retail and Foodservice Sector.The ideal Candidate must have Quality Experience to BRC Standard and experience in the management of BRC Quality Systems.The Candidate must also have excellent organisational and management skills and be highly motivated. Computer Literate.Knowledge of Production Maintenance is required but not essential.Responsibilties: Assisting in the organising and planning of production, monitoring production efficiencies, monitoring of the day to day running of the plant.
