A full time position has arisen for an experienced Office & Production Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organising a team on a daily basis, the position is office based. Due to the nature of the business, experience dealing with graphic measurements & design is a distinct advantage but not essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable dealing with the general public and have at least 3yrs administrative office experience. This position is based in a busy warehouse environment with basic forklift experience required. Experience in graphics & design an advantage, candidate will have excellent telephone manner and positive can do attitude. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Taking telephone or over the counter queries relating to graphics & design. Preparing quotes & invoices. Managing & organizing the design & production team using a web based computer system. Credit Control; Business Development.

Skills Requirements

Knowledge and at least 3 years experience and a proven track record in organisational effectiveness. Customer Service & team management experience. A well developed and successful track record of managing and implementing operational systems. Well-developed IT skills and a high degree of proficiency with end user tools (Word, Excel, databases). Relevant ticket for operating a forklift and experience stacking pallets on racking, loading / unloading trucks, general warehouse duties.
