Our manufacturing facility in Letterkenny is expanding and we are looking for experienced Supervisors to lead evening and night shift teams on our exciting journey to further growth. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of dedicated Production Operatives working within a culture of continuous improvement to achieve on time delivery of products to our customers while delivering on key performance metrics. The role: Manage and ensure compliance to Quality and Safety systems within the shift. Manage resources to deliver on the production plan in order to meet shipping scedules while maintaining a positive working environment. Build a motivated, competent and results-focused team. Promote a positive approach to Quality while ensuring a focus is kept on Continuous improvement, cost reduction, yield improvement and downtime minimization.

Skills Requirements

The ideal candidate will have successfully managed a team of people in a production or similar environment. You will have previous production experience and have a good working knowledge of production and quality system requirements. Successful applicants will have the following attributes: Leadership Integrity. Proven problem solving skills. Demonstrable motivational, communication and inter-personal skills. Be computer literate. A specialist course in production supervision.
