Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
To lead, manage and supervise a team with in Southill SCP, providing supports for students in school, after school and during holiday time .
Identify and respond to the education welfare needs of the targeted young people, at risk of leaving school early
Keep up to date with local, regional and national policy developments in the Education Welfare Sector.
Operate efficient reporting systems for LMC , Tusla
The Ideal Candidate should have:
Education to QQI minimum level 6 in any of the following:
Youth/Community Work,
Psychology,
Social Science/Social Care or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Access to a car and full driving licence
