Description

Our client is a world leader in the design and delivery of online tests for government, educational and commercial clients. They are expanding their testing centres throughout Europe and this role will play a pivotal part in the planning and on-boarding of new test centres across the EMEA region. Main Requirements/ Responsibilities: Responsibility for partner recruitment across the network; Process partner applications to become a test centre; Project Manage the implementation of new partner sites across EMEA; Negotiate contractual terms with potential partners resulting in favourable terms for both parties; Enter and monitor all projects in a tracking database; Work with Test Centre Resource and EMEA Channel Operations to ensure test centre readiness; Monitor Cost Per Test in the region and earmark high cost partners for replacement.

Skills Requirements

Applicants should possess: Fluent Dutch and fluent English; Proven track record in effectively managing projects to closure with demonstrated impact; Exemplary oral and written communication skills, data analysis, project management skills, time management and analytical skills to produce information in a concise and timely manner; Team Player; Ability to multi-task; Use fact finding and diagnostic tools to make recommendations for improvement.
