Intensive Community Programmes provide assessment led, customised support services for young people and families with complex needs at a range of locations across Ireland. We work along a continuum of need ranging from vulnerable young people, families and adults who are at risk of social exclusion, mental health decline, long term residential care and addiction through to people with complex learning disabilities. While many of these people have had adverse life experiences, we have found that with focussed support, they can go on to have full filling productive lives in normative community settings.

Who are solution focussed, and who work well within a reflective practice that encourages personal responsibility and best practice
Who have a commitment to ongoing training and development.
Potential Candidate Qualifications considered include psychology, social care, social work, education, psychotherapy, addiction studies, youth and community work. Lived experience and knowledge of working within a peer group will also be highly valued
