Description
Monitor & track the project performance across Major Projects Portfolio, determine significant irregularities, trends and variances and suggest corrective action. Create, review and manage project schedules to identify critical path, progress, lead times and project sequences. Planning of Assurance activities on a risk based approach; providing critical oversight of activities to inform prioritised assurance activities Provide regular status reports on capital programmes across Major projects, identifying progress against plans and earned value per the governance requirements. Monitor and audit contractor plans. Monitor contractor?s planning processes so that they comply with Major Project?s procedure requirements. See link below for more information
Skills Requirements
Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management degree or equivalent. A minimum of ten years? experience with project management, project controls, cost, scheduling, budget analysis, contract administration, change control estimating and document control. Certified Practitioner in one of the recognised PM methodologies, either APM, Prince2 or PMI, (preferable) ? Must have high proficiency in Primavera P6 & PCM and Excel
