Joynt & Crawford Solicitors are seeking a Solicitor to join their growing property department. They are a busy medium sized firm situated in Dublin city centre with a good mix of high value commercial and residential conveyancing.

This is a great opportunity to work with a team of experienced lawyers in a long established practice. The successful candidate will receive a generous package including incentives, bonuses and holiday entitlements (from 22 up to 27 days per annum).
This is a full time position, however, flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.

The role includes:
Purchase, sale and financing of residential and commercial property;
Acting for receivers, private client and institutions;
Landlord and tenant to include leases, assignments, sub-lettings, surrenders, lease variations, licences and options; Key qualities required:
Strong technical and drafting skills and attention to detail;
Excellent analytical skills and commercial judgment;
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
Strong communication both with clients and colleagues, interpersonal and team skills.
