Description
The role reports to the CEO and is part of a 5 person management team structure and responsible for the systemisation/documentation process which is identified as the No.1 factor in the long-term Strategic Focus of the company. It will include responsibility over quality management, office management, HR administration, quality standards (practice as well as documentation) and communications. This role is coordinating the documentation and implementation of a practical quality system – primarily through standard operating procedures through all departments of growing software and professional services firm. There is a culture of very serious approach to business but in a fun, friendly manner. It should be noted this role is not purely theoretical manual creation but a driver of better business process and practice. The business sells software and professional services that will allow the clients to significantly improve their business processes and create efficiencies in their work
Skills Requirements
Attributes: Excellent discipline to set processes. Energetic and frequent communicator. Manager – Comfortable with giving direction including to other managers/directors. Organised / Effective. Naturally systems orientated – Attention to Detail.
