Description
The intern will gain practical experience in general office & administration duties, reception duties including operating a busy switchboard, learning how to deal with candidates and handling enquiries. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: They will also gain computer experience. The Intern will gain valuable skills in administration duties. Training will cover all aspects of the day to day running of a busy office. The intern will also gain experience of conducting interviews, training staff and organising rosters. The Intern will have the opportunity to work as part of a team and will gain knowledge of office systems in a busy office environment. On completion the intern will have attained skills in: Administration, communication, customer care skills, recruitment process.
Skills Requirements
The individual should have strong communication skills and should also have a good phone manner and have the ability to work as part of a team and have the ability to treat all information as highly confidential. Applicant needs to be highly motivated, reliable and keen to gain experience. An interest in working within a sales orientated company. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. EDCL or strong computer literacy important.
