TF Recruitment is looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their highly team the consultant will be responsible for managing a start up temp desk, and managing all TF contractors. You will actively be communicating with (phone/mail/face to face/on site with a body of existing accounts. You will be sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates in various roles. Managing client accounts with ongoing temporary staff on a daily/weekly basis. Business developing to bring on new clients for volume business and moulding them to be key accounts, networking. Fast paced, fun, busy day. Feeling of achievement when the client picks your candidate.
