Essential Qualifications
Honours Degree in Social Studies/Social care or equivalent qualification
Have a qualification in Management
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and the use of Internet and email
Full, clean, driving licence
Essential Experience
At least three years recent experience in a Management/Team Leader role in a similar environment
Desirable Experience
Recent experience in a Person in Charge role
Have experience supporting people with Autism
Have extensive experience working in the disability sector
Terms and Conditions
The salary scale for this post is aligned to the Department of Health and Children Clerical Grade VII
Hours of work are 39 hours per week with a high degree of flexibility built in to facilitate service needs. Details will be discussed with the successful candidates.
