Job Summary:
With a vital role to play in the effective running of a busy and dynamic kitchen you will work with the catering team to ensure that the service meets all contractual and legislative requirements, especially in respect of health and safety regulations while also being responsible for the delivery of appetising and nutritional meals for York House’s vulnerable residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and clean-up. Working in rotation on morning, evening and weekends to ensure the needs of the service are met.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Motivation towards ensuring the service is of a high standard. Conscientious and with a desire to support the vulnerable, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver an outstanding service and the ability to effectively work within a dynamic catering team.
