Produce an evaluation report on the work to date documenting sectors and volumes covered
Devise an impact assessment model for use in assessing future potential partnerships
Conduct a needs assessment to contribute to future planning exercises
Proposed Project Steps
Desk research – review of previous delivery of services, understanding of training and support model, comparison with UK training model
Field research – interviews with stakeholders (Sams staff, volunteers, partners)
Field Research – needs analysis
Preparation of proposed development plan
Review of plan with Samaritans staff and lead volunteers
Preparation of final report

Time Frame:
Submit proposals by attachment to adminireland@samaritans.org by Tuesday 6th August at 12pm
Available to meet week beginning 13th August and commence work in September 2019.
