The Opportunity: Based at our Head Office facility in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan, The role of the Resourcing Manager is to lead the centralised IHC resourcing service, driving a best in class recruitment experience. Leading the National Resourcing Team, you will co-ordinate volume recruitment activities across all IHC service regions, and are tasked with providing an exceptional end to end experience for both internal and external candidates applying for Irish HomeCare vacancies. Skills Requirements
Required Skills & Experience: 5 years + experience in an HR/Recruitment role, preferably with some exposure to a volume recruitment environment Highly developed organisational skills – able to organise people, resources and time-scales. Confident and persuasive communicator with strong, proactive customer facing skills. Experienced in managing a team and multiple contact points, in particular, managing a diverse applicant base. Natural relationship manager and builder.
