We currently require highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Retail Managers to join our Team. Responsibilities: Day to day management of the store. Drive sales and profitability of the branch through targeting and coaching the team. Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised. Ensuring the Customer Service is of the highest standard at all times. Use product knowledge and team coaching to improve levels of amazing service. Ensure the highest standard of branch presentation and display standards. Delivering key KPI targets on Sales, labour, stock, standards + personal effectiveness.

Skills Requirements

The Ideal Candidate: Will have a proven track record in selling, managing & developing people whilst controlling costs. Will be an expert at driving sales and motivating teams. Will have a minimum of 2 years proven retail management experience. Will be extremely commercially aware and business focused. Will be passionate about their customers. Will be extremely results orientated and have an immense will to win skills.
