Duties & Responsibilities: Processing sales orders and purchase orders. Dealing with incoming correspondence. Dealing with telephone queries both inbound and outbound. Keeping all filing up-to-date. General Administrative duties within the Department. You may be required to carry out any other reasonable duties within your capabilities should the needs of the company require it. Competencies Required: Excellent communicator and listener with a good telephone manner. Pays attention to detail. Capable of working well to deadlines. Can diagnose and solve problems. Understand, follow and apply oral and written instructions.

Skills Requirements

Can handle challenging customer situations. Ability to work proactively on a daily basis. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly.
