Sales Administrator – Derrycourt Company Limited – Dublin 11

Specific Responsibilities: General: To represent Derrycourt in a professional, friendly and ethical manner at all times. To work within an Equal Opportunities framework. To work according to a formal appraisal system. To carry out all administrative tasks as specified below but also ad hoc requests. To attend all meetings as required. Quotations/Tenders: To compile tender responses including all pricing/data and text required. These would be completed under strict deadlines. Set to do lists and timelines to be made clear from start. To compile standard quotations, ensuring that these are sent out in a timely manner with all correct information included. Attention to detail and confidentiality are crucial. In relation to any quotations sent, to ensure all records are updated correctly and to flag and ensure that follow up dates are adhered to. To ensure that all quotations/tenders are dealt with as above, and that all new leads are assigned and followed.

Skills Requirements

Ability to work in busy office environment and multitask. Experience with working on presentations and policies to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Excellent IT skills including MS Office. Ability to prioritize work. Strong Attention to detail. Customer Focused. Ability to work under pressure.
