Sales Administrator – GoBus – Galway

Award winning GoBus.ie are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Galway City. GoBus.ie operate services between Galway City and Dublin City/Airport and under the brand between Cork City and Dublin City/Airport. We are seeking a part time candidate to work 32 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays. Candidates must be customer oriented, positive and highly motivated individuals who are flexible and enjoy communicating with people whilst working under pressure. To be successful in this role it is essential that you are able to pro-actively communicate and liaise with customers, colleagues and other business partners. In addition you will be able to demonstrate clear, confident and focused work methods.

Skills Requirements

Duties include Processing a high volume of sales in a courteous and efficient manner. Providing travel advice & securing seat reservations using a computerised reservation system. Delivering excellent Customer Service both internally and externally. Must have the ability to multi-task in a busy team environment. Lost property management, reporting and offering admin support to offsite staff.
