Stone Surfaces specialises in the fabrication and installation of natural marble, granite and engineered quartz kitchen worktops, stone bathroom applications, floor tiles, wall cladding and bespoke stone products for Home and Commercial Applications. We are now looking for a self-motivated Sales Administrator, with a wish to succeed. Working in a high pressure environment, the job involves assisting the Showroom Sales Team by providing sales estimates, purchase orders processing, tracking sales and orders activities; handling customer requests, chasing sales estimates, answering customer queries, tracking and recording payments, producing reports and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organised individual, customer service oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills; good administrative abilities including a working knowledge of spreadsheets. Must be able to work on own initiative but also be able to work as part of a team.
