Targeting new business which will generate new revenue sources for the hotel and for the Treacy Hotel Group. Duties and Responsibilities: Source and target new business for the hotel to suit the revenue from all markets segments with main focus corporate, online, travel trade and the leisure market. Actively and successfully manage the sales function: lead generation, face to face meetings, negotiation and key account management. Ensure you remain proactive and responsive to prospective clients. Complete a minimum of 40 qualified face to face calls and site inspections per month. Convert all business that comes direct to the hotel, negotiate and up sell to ensure highest revenue achieved, coordinate requirements and handover to the management team. Ensure monthly reports on the conversion of sales calls to bookings including revenue details, as required to ensure companies are contracted and you are receiving all potential business. Maintain efficient sales office procedures.
