Description

For our growing business we are looking for a Sales Manager to manage the sales team, identifying new business and customer care, manage the day-to-day operations of the team, prepare quotations, monitor the development of customers and react to the situation as well as develop new structures for the team. You will lead the team and be hands on with customers. This role is a newly created position and you will have the chance to develop it together with the management team on site. Skills Requirement: Ability to build a relationship with customers; develop strategic ideas for improvement of the performance; work towards KPI and sales targets; meticulous and structured; punctual; good communication skills; positive and honest attitude; experience in team management; proven track record. We are looking for a team player in our management team.
